Erroneous minibar charges were taken off my bill, but again, it's a pain having to deal with that. Plus, written notice that that's where the info is located would have been nice.
Most info is accessible on the TV, but I thought paging through that very slow system was a pain. What I found lacking were any instructions for accessing the free Wi-fi and information on restaurants and services. There's a teensy bit of space in the minibar to refrigerate your own items. Very quiet in mountain view room - there's construction poolside, which is supposed to be finished in about a week. Two complimentary bottles of water daily. Really squishy pillows, but I was able to manipulate them to get the support I wanted. Room: The least-expensive room was clean and spacious.
I dealt with many, many employees during my stay, and they are the friendliest, most helpful staff you could hope for. I didn't gamble, either, but I checked out the casino and wasn't terribly impressed. I was there Monday-Wednesday, so I can't give you any insight into weekend stays or crowds.
